Becoming a Conflict Competent Leader (San Francisco: Jossey-Bass, 2013)

Hello ECE friends from the Broomfield Summit,

I found a university that posted the 1st edition of this book in PDF.  If you are interested in reviewing it before you purchase the 2nd edition.

Friends that did not attend our session, I used the book in developing an understanding of how early childhood organizations can become effective at achieving their goals like Colorado QRIS and implementation of evidence-based interventions.

I may create a voice-over video if asked.  Anyone interested?

Thanks friends,

Brian

This is a summary video of a 5-part series that focuses on the implementation of an evidence-based program using organization development strategies.
