I found a university that posted the 1st edition of this book in PDF. If you are interested in reviewing it before you purchase the 2nd edition.
Friends that did not attend our session, I used the book in developing an understanding of how early childhood organizations can become effective at achieving their goals like Colorado QRIS and implementation of evidence-based interventions.
