A Book to Start Seeing Solutions in a New Way ~ Theory U (San Francisco, CA: Berrett-Koehler Publisher, Inc, 2009)
“Leading from the future as it Emerges” is the tagline for this book. I can not think of a better way to address the way an organizational leader must frame their issues with running an ECE org. So often we do not have the answers and must just, “let go” and see what comes. This is a deep read and if it scares you that is ok. Remember, your readiness is something your gut will alert you on. This book’s time will come; however, if this topic interests you may start by reading Presence by the same author and some friends. It is shorter and much more reader friendly.
